New Server - Host - New installation problem

We are moving to a new host and after doing a totally new fresh install on the new server I get this error when I try to run the autoconfig. Bug? - Sales Tax processing....

I might have found a bug with the latest version.



I am in CA. If a customer I am shipping to, is in CA, but their credit card billing adress is in another state, the system will not add on sales tax....



Is this something I can set? Or is this a bug...?

OK - Got the e-mail this morning. But every link I click on to try to get info on what new features or changes have been made , don't seem to tell me anything...

Hopefully we'll get an answer soon... I have always been annoyed at this as well. And I also found that if you have an SSL that the only way to turn it "on" is to have a seperate window open up that launches the https side...
